Plantation Drive
The Plantation Drive was an environmental awareness initiative organized jointly by the Nature’s Club and Anubhuti of PiCA at Pillai College of Architecture. The event took place on Tuesday, 10th June 2025, and aimed to promote sustainability and eco-consciousness among students and faculty. It began at 3:30 p.m. at the Dr. K. M. Vasudevan Pillai Campus. The drive reflected the institution’s commitment to green practices and encouraged active participation in nurturing the environment.

It aimed to promote sustainability, ecological sensitivity, and a sense of responsibility among students and faculty toward environmental conservation. The event was important because it reminded us how urgent it is to take care of the environment and fight climate change. By planting trees together, students learned about the value of nature and the need to protect it. This hands-on experience helped build awareness about biodiversity and inspired young minds to take care of the planet now and in the future.
